Varicon Sustainergy Dynamics Limited., the chemical injection skid manufacturer in Chennai, was founded in 1993 by Mr. R. Sekar, a graduate engineer with over 40 years of expertise in low-volume dosing, injection, and gas odorizing techniques. His vision laid the foundation for what would become an industry leader in gas odorization and chemical injection systems.

Our cutting-edge 29,000 sq. ft. production facility is designed for precision engineering and seamless operations. Equipped with a 125HP connected load and a 50KVa diesel generator backup, we ensure uninterrupted productivity. Our 10-ton overhead crane (EOT) facilitates efficient material handling, while advanced welding technologies-including 400 Amps TIG/Arc/MIG Lincoln machines and an orbital welding machine for specialized tube welding-enhance manufacturing precision. To maintain the highest quality standards, we utilize state-of-the-art testing equipment, such as ultrasonic thickness gauges, coating gauges, vernier calipers, lux meters, and pressure gauges, with hydraulic pressure testing capabilities of up to 400 bar. At Varicon, we are committed to delivering excellence through superior infrastructure and meticulous quality control.”
In 1999, Varicon revolutionized the industry by pioneering the manufacturing of natural gas odorant injection systems. Our first natural gas odorant was successfully installed at Mahanagar Gas Limited, Mumbai, setting a new standard for safety and reliability in gas distribution.
